What a wonderful experience!  When we first started our house hunt, everyone wanted to recommend their realtors to us and because of that, we didn't really know who to choose. While shopping for homes online, we ended up signing in with RE/MAX Allegiance, The Alex Nova Team.  As is part of the process, one of their realtors, Olivia Huddart, responded to that email query.  My husband had sent out questions to several other realtors and received extremely slow or no responses, but when he emailed Olivia with questions, they were answered almost immediately. That was enough for us to choose Olivia Huddart and The Alex Nova Team.  But her service didn't end there. 

We flew to Virginia to look at some of the properties we had seen online and Olivia was with us whenever we needed her throughout our search.  Her tireless dedication is what found us our home in less than a week.  It was also evident that Olivia worked with a team of supportive professionals.  If ever anything extra was needed to aid in the house-hunting process, such as that wonderful GPS system, she simply had to make a phone call and she had the resources we needed. Our being out of the country for the rest of the process didn't worry Olivia either.  She took care of everything from communicating and coordinating with our power of attorney, loan officer and Title Company to continuing to ensure all our questions were answered along the way. Olivia made sure that we never felt far from the process. We couldn't have picked a better realtor nor had a better home buying experience than we had and it was all because of Olivia Huddart and The Alex Nova Team.

Thank you for a very easy to use website where a person can really narrow down and search for a home they may be interested in. As for your agent, he's on top of his game. I'm a first time home buyer, and Christian really made me feel at ease when it came to taking my time and figuring things out, but at the same time was aggressive and showed so much initiative when we wanted to go around and see homes over the weekend. Professional and Expeditious

The Alex Nova team performed in a very professional and expeditious manner in respect to the sale of our home.  Considering the Real Estate slowdown in recent months, Mr Nova's team sold our home within the time frame which we expected to sell in, and managed to get us the fair market value which we expected for our property.
